Chinese new year Greetings to you.

I am a HDB dweller. Thinking of growing suitable plants and flowers along the corridor. A portion of it has direct sunlight for half a day, while the other half portion has no direct sunlight at all.

Will you be able to advice me on what plants/flowers to grow, soil/pot to use?

Hi Wilson, I have been 2 pots of Gardenia Jasminoides and both are with problems. Could you please help me to solve them?

The 1st pot produces flower buds that do not bloom into flowers. They just drop off. The plant has yellowish unhealthy coloured leaves too. When I first bought it, the plant has beautiful green variegated leaves.

The 2nd pot has blooming flowers but they do not exude any more fragrant like in the past. Would you know what has gone wrong?

Thanks,
JC
